TRAC released the latest ICE data on immigrant detention yesterday, which showed that detention numbers continue to hover between 35,000 and 40,000.
The number of detained immigrants arrested by ICE is at its highest since the start of the administration, with more than 11,000 for both of ICE’s detention releases in February. The figure below shows the number of detainees by the arresting agency.
