The fraud in Minnesota is way bigger than what has been exposed so far. The Somali community does not get legally married in this country. They are all religious marriages, with no paperwork. Most religiously married Somali women apply for single parent assistance through the state of MN. Because they can. They are married, live with their husbands, yet get single parent assistance because it’s not a legal marriage. And this leads towards all the other frauds being committed in the Somali community. It’s so wide spread that pretty much all Somalis follow this path.
-In Minnesota, about 81 % of Somali-headed households were estimated to receive at least one form of welfare benefit (Medicaid, food stamps, cash assistance, etc.).
-For Somali households with children in Minnesota, this figure rises to ~89 %.
Even Somali households in the U.S. for 10+ years show very high rates (estimated ~78 %), according to some reports based on the same data.
So, Somalis as a group do not contribute net taxes. Which is expected - their average IQ is low enough that most Somalis will be about as intelligent, as adults, as an average European pre-teen.

First, please check your statistics. To make a relevant comparison you need arrest RATE - the ratio of the number of arrests against the foreign-born population. Better still would be the ratio against the undocumented/overstay population. According to Wikipedia and 2019 data (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immigration_to_the_United_States#Origin - last table) there are 6x and 7x more UK and Canadian immigrants and 3.5x as many Russians. This means the arrest RATE is 0.173%, 0.023%, 0.028% of the foreign-born population from Russia, Canada and the UK compared to 0.103% from Somalia. So the Somalia rate is much higher compared to Canada and the UK but less than Russia.
Second, I don't understand your overall point as what does the ICE arrest rate prove anyway? It certainly doesn't prove anything about being a criminal as some of your recent posts show very well. The arrest rate most likely correlates best with the number of immigrants applying for asylum or similar relief which, as you know, makes them a known and easy target. This is almost certainly higher for both Somalia and Russia compared to Canada and the UK.
